Huddle for Corey is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) and supporting the athletes and families impacted by it. Founded in honor of Corey, we are committed to education, advocacy, and community connection—working to create safer, healthier futures in sports and beyond.

Our Story
Huddle for Corey was created to honor the life and legacy of Corey and to bring greater awareness to the realities of CTE. Like many families, we experienced firsthand how deeply this disease can affect not only athletes, but everyone who loves them.
What began as a personal loss grew into a purpose-driven mission to educate communities, support families, and encourage open conversations around brain health, mental wellness, and athlete safety. Through awareness initiatives, community events, and shared stories, we strive to turn awareness into action and ensure that no family feels alone in this journey.
Meet The Board of Directors
Huddle for Corey is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors made up of family members, community leaders, and advocates who share a deep commitment to our mission. Together, they provide leadership, oversight, and strategic guidance to help advance awareness of CTE and support athletes and families impacted by it.
